PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic pulse generation device capable of generating pulse trains of AC pulse which can highly improve cosmetic effect.SOLUTION: A cosmetic pulse generation device 100 for generating AC pulse trains to be applied to the surface of skin prepares a first pattern composed of a first pulse and a second pulse generated in this order once for each, a second pattern composed of the first pulse generated successively three times, and a first pulse off. The cosmetic pulse generation device repeats a sequence of the second pattern, the first pulse off, the second pattern, the first pulse off, the first pattern, the first pulse off, the first pattern, the first pulse off, the first pattern, the first pulse off, the first pattern and the first pulse off in this order for pulse generation.
