The present invention provides an adhesive resin layer and adhesive resin film for which: generation of air bubbles can be prevented even when applied on a substrate with high level differences; the durability of a laminate, in which a substrate, an adhesive resin layer and a substrate are laminated in order, is favorable without the occurrence of air bubbles after enduring heat and after enduring moist heat; and transparency can be maintained. More specifically, the present invention is a monolayer adhesive resin layer comprising a transparent acrylic adhesive resin composition, wherein: the adhesive resin composition contains (A) an acrylic polymer, (B) a urethane acrylate, and (C) a thermal polymerization initiator, and may contain (D) an acrylic monomer as desired; and the adhesive resin layer 11 is tacky on both surfaces 11a, 11b at normal temperature, and can be thermally set by heating at a temperature of 100-250°C for a period of 30 seconds - 10 minutes. |
