PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is improved in leakage of body fluids due to twists.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 has a longitudinal direction and a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, is equipped with an absorbent body part 2 having a liquid permeable front surface sheet 10, a liquid impermeable back surface sheet 20, and an absorber 30 provided between the front surface sheet 10 and the back surface sheet 20, and includes a pair of wing parts 43, 44 which extend outside in the width direction in both sides in the width direction of the absorbent body part 2. The absorbent body part 2 includes: a wing region CA located from forward bases of the pair of the wing parts to backward bases of the pair of the wing parts; a front region FA located in front of the wing region; and a back region BA located in rear of the wing region. A length W1 in the width direction of the absorber in the center of the longitudinal direction of the wing region is greater than a maximum length W2 in the width direction of the absorber at least in the front region. |
