PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that can maintain exhalation of aroma for a long period, an image forming apparatus, and a manufacturing method of the toner.SOLUTION: A toner according to an embodiment comprises a group of toner particles containing micro-capsules including a perfume and a binder resin.
