PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low spring constant when high amount of external force is not added to a supported body, and a high spring constant when high amount of external force is added to the supported body. SOLUTION: A rubber cylindrical member 15 fitted inside of a cup-shaped member 14, is composed of a thick part 15a constantly kept into contact with an inner peripheral face of the cup-shaped member 14 at its outer peripheral face, a medium part 15b kept into contact with an inner peripheral face of the cup-shaped member 14 at its outer peripheral face when more than specific load is added to the cup-shaped member 14, and a thin part 15c constantly separated from the inner peripheral face of the cup-shaped member at its outer peripheral face.
