PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atropisomer of a (hydroxyalkyl)pyrrole derivative.SOLUTION: The present invention consists of a compound for the prevention and/or treatment of cardiovascular disease. The compound is an atropisomer of the compound represented by the following general formula (I). In the formula, Rdenotes C1-C3 alkyl group; Rdenotes 2-hydroxy-C4-C6 alkyl group; Rdenotes halogeno group, halogeno-C1-C3 alkyl group and the like; Rdenotes hydrogen atom, halogeno group and the like; Rdenotes C1-C3 alkyl group; and Rdenotes hydrogen atom, halogeno group and the like or an atropisomer thereof.
