PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder of an optical disk device which performs read-out of information or write-in of information at high speed. SOLUTION: The lens holder 20 is used for an optical pickup apparatus 10 performing read-out or the like of information recorded in an optical disk, wherein a wound-type tracking coil 24 or a wound-type focusing coil 26 is insert-formed to a side plane of the lens holder 20 being at right angle to an optical disk plane and tangent of a track of the optical disk.
