PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rotation surface deviation of a disk in a disk cartridge composed by providing a rotary type disk as an information recording medium in a flat housing and coaxially sticking a disk-like center hub to the center of the disk through an adhesive ring composed of a ring-like double-sided adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The method for sticking the center hub to the disk in the disk cartridge is composed by providing the rotary type disk 5 as the information recording medium in the flat housing and coaxially sticking the disk-like center hub 10 to the center of the disk through the adhesive ring composed of the ring-like double-sided adhesive tape.
