PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control system for collectively monitoring each house in a housing complex. SOLUTION: Each house of the housing complex 10 is provided with input/output systems 12<SB>-1</SB>to 12<SB>-n</SB>including sensors for monitoring and an electronic locks which electrically lock and unlock doors and the like, and sensor servers 11<SB>-1</SB>to 11<SB>-n</SB>for controlling the electronic locks, generating the monitoring data by the sensors and generating alarm data based on the outputs of the sensors. Further, a concierge's room is equipped with a PC 14, on whose display 142 the current status of the sensor servers 11<SB>-1</SB>to 11<SB>-n</SB>is list-displayed based on the monitoring data and alarm data from the sensor servers 11<SB>-1</SB>to 11<SB>-n</SB>.
