<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state reporter terminal device and a state information registration server capable of extending the use of a presence service system. <P>SOLUTION: A registration information receiving part 121 outputs, upon receipt of third person information, third person identification information and item information from a registrant terminal device 40, the third person identification information and the item information to a registrant management part 122 and to a disclosure presence item management part 123, respectively. The registrant management part 122 and the disclosure presence item management part 123 determine, based on the information, whether the third person information is stored in a presence information management part 110 or not.
