Tracheotomy tube comprises an inner tube, an outer tube, and a securing chain with a speaking valve. The securing chain is fixed on a holding element forming part of the distal end of the inner tube. Preferred Features: The holding element is an annular cap with an eyelet for receiving the end of the chain. The cap and/or the eyelet are made of plastic and/or metal.
