PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of correcting a curl occurred on a sheet material which is a recording paper in a fixing device by a separation plate and a pair of paper delivery rollers in the direction of feeding the sheet material in the fixing device when fixing a toner image, and correcting the curl after fixation changing depending on the type of sheet material and the environment when using the device. SOLUTION: In this image forming device provided with the fixing device 6 for fixing image forming agent on the sheet material P by heat and a curl removing device having the separation plate 26 provided in the fixing device 6 and the pair of paper delivery rollers 27, 27' for removing the curl of the sheet material P on the downstream side of the fixing device 6, an angle of the separation plate 26 is 75 to 95°, and amount of biting of the pair of paper delivery rollers 27, 27' is 0 to 3 mm.
