A reinforcement device for interconnecting main girder beams for a bridge is provided to prevent stress concentration and deformation of the main girder beams. A reinforcement device for interconnecting main girder beams for a bridge comprises fixing dies(14), each of which is welded on a lower flange of each main girder beam(1) and has a first slant face on one side thereof, a housing plate(11), which enclose0s the fixing dies and is coupled to the lower flanges of the main girder beams, movable plates(12), each of which has a second slant face(12a) inclined in the same direction as the first slant face of the fixing die and vertically moves so as to apply a pressing force to the fixing die, and vertical adjusting members, which move the movable plates in a vertical direction.
