A shoulder joint treating machine having a function of a horizontal reciprocating motion is provided to maximize the treatment effect by configuring the shoulder joint traction function and allowing the lifting-up and down motion, the horizontal reciprocating motion and the shoulder traction function so as to relax the shoulder pain. A shoulder joint treating machine having a function of a horizontal reciprocating motion comprises: a frame body(10), in a lower end of which a horizontal support(11) to be seated on the ground surface is arranged, and in an upper end of which a horizontal support(12) is arranged, wherein a seat(20) is installed on the horizontal support(12) and a backboard(30) is installed in a rear side of the latter(12); an equipment mounting body(100), fixed to a back side of the frame body(10), and having a power supply jack and a power supply device; an upper-arm exercising device(300), arranged in one side of right and left directions of the equipment mounting body(100); a forearm exercising device(400), arranged in a front end of the upper-arm exercising device(300), and having an elbow splint(420) and a wrist support(430); and two gear boxes(310,410), having a reversible motor and a reduction gear respectively.
