<p>A reaction apparatus is provided to reduce the thickness of a metal plate forming a reaction vessel while maintaining strength of the reaction vessel. A reaction apparatus has a reaction vessel which is provided with reactants and causes a reaction of the reactants. The reaction vessel includes: a hollow box type member having a first plate on which channels are formed to supply the reactants, a second plate opposite to the first plate, and third plates which are consecutively installed at the edges of the first plate and the edges of the second plate; and one or many compartment plates which partition a space within the box type member, are disposed to form a reaction channel in which the reactants flow, and are joined to the inner surface of the second plate.</p> |
