PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guide device capable of protecting a protected person such as an infant child and a young female from a crime and an accident. SOLUTION: This route guide device is provided with a map information database 11A-2 constituted to store map information M, a risk information database 11A-3 constituted to store a risk 39, and a communication part 12A for receiving personal information 31 of the protected person, a start point 33 and a destination 35 from a mobile terminal device 1C. The route guide device is provided further with a control part 10A for selecting route information 37 of the most safe route for the protected person 1C-1, out of the plurality of routes from the start point 33 to the destination 35, based on the received personal information 31, start point 33 and destination 35, the map information M and the risk 39, and the communication part 12A for transmitting the selected route information 37 to the mobile terminal device 1C.
