PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish the optimum arranging method of a reinforcing base material layer and a resin diffusion net for accelerating the diffusion of an injection resin and to easily suppress the occurrence of the unimpregnated region of the injection resin. SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber base material layer 2 is formed on a mold 1 and a resin diffusing net 3 for accelerating the diffusion of an injection resin is laid on the upper surface of the reinforcing fiber base material layer 2 to cover the mold with the reinforcing fiber base material layer 2 and the resin diffusing net 3 using a bag film 5 to form a molding part. Further, a vacuum source 6 for internally evacuating the molding part and an injection pipe 4 for injecting the resin in the molding part are arranged in a definite direction. Herein, the resin diffusion net 3 is constituted so as to have a size smaller than the size of the reinforcing fiber base material layer 2 by a predetermined dimension and equally arranged to the inside from the side edge part of the reinforcing fiber base material layer 2. Then, the resin is injected under a reduced pressure environment due to vacuum suction and the injection resin is infiltrated in the reinforcing fiber base material layer 2 to obtain a fiber reinforced resin molded product.
