PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of clearing away troubles such as torque increase, dispensing with accuracy enhancement in manufacturing and assembling a developer supply member and a developer carrier, capable of contributing to productivity improvement and production cost reduction with the facilitation of the manufacture and the assemblage, and also, capable of achieving image-quality uniformity. SOLUTION: A supply roller 24 constituted of an elastic body is energized by a spring 31 toward a developing roller 25, and arranged so that it can shift in a direction indicated by an arrow H. A bearing 28 is attached to the rotating shaft 24a of the supply roller 24, and the bearing 28 slides while being guided by a fixing member 29.
