PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display substrate having a thin-film transistor. SOLUTION: The display substrate includes: a substrate; a gate electrode disposed on the substrate; a semiconductor pattern disposed on the gate electrode; a source electrode disposed on the semiconductor pattern; a drain electrode which is provided on the semiconductor pattern and separated from the source electrode; an insulating film, which is provided on the source electrode and the drain electrode and covers the source electrode and the drain electrode; a conductive film pattern which is provided on the insulating film and aligned with the semiconductor pattern; a pixel electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode; and a storage electrode which is provided on the substrate and electrically connected to the conductive film pattern.
