PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use one circuit in a plurality of modes in a driving signal output circuit outputting a driving signal to a load such as a motor. SOLUTION: Input signals from signal input terminals 10 and 12 are input to a logic circuit 22, and a control signal corresponding to states of the signals is output. The control signal is supplied to an output circuit, transistors Q1 to Q4 are controlled, and a drive signal is output in accordance with states thereof. In the logic circuit 22, the logic is switched in accordance with the polarity of a setting signal which is input to a logic setting terminal 14, and a control signal corresponding to the input signal is changed.
