The invention relates to a device for inductive position determination, comprising a coil, an element for influencing a magnetic field in the region of the coil, a signal generator for providing a digital signal, and a delay member having an inlet and an outlet. The delay member is constructed on the basis of the coil, and a delay time between a signal edge at the inlet and a corresponding signal edge at the outlet is dependent on the inductance of the coil. The device further comprises a comparator for providing a digital differential pulse, the length of which depends on a time difference of corresponding signal edges at the inlet and at the outlet of the delay member, an integrator for providing a voltage subject to the length of the differential pulse, and an evaluation unit for determining the position of the coil with regard to the coil on the basis of the voltage. |
