PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device and a machine tool capable of easily performing oil supply to a bearing provided in a base.SOLUTION: In a rotary table device 1, a cavity section 2A of a base 2 is filled with oil so as to lubricate a gear wheel and a gear. A two-way valve 80 is disposed at a lower position than an oil level of oil filled in the cavity section 2A. When air does not flow to an air inlet 82 of the two-way valve 80, an on-off valve 84 in the two-way valve 80 closes an air flow passage and opens an oil flow passage. The air flow passage is a flow passage from the air inlet 82 to an outlet 83, and the oil flow passage is a flow passage from an oil inlet 81 to the outlet 83. The inside of the two-way valve 80 is filled with oil. When air is fed from the air inlet 82 of the two-way valve 80, the on-off valve 84 closes the oil flow passage and opens the air flow passage. Air flowing from the air inlet 82 into the two-way valve 80 pushes the oil in the two-way valve 80 to a second oil supply pipe 72 side.
