PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesis method of a printing ink composition that has good printability, exhibits good glossiness and blocking property of a printed matter, and is environmentally friendly since a phenolic resin modified with a natural product is used, and an ink using the above composition.SOLUTION: A lithographic printing ink is provided, which comprises a rosin-modified phenolic resin (A) obtained by reacting rosin (a) with polyol (b) and then reacting a rosin polyol ester having an acid value of less than 15 with a lignin-modified novolac type phenolic resin (cde).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
