The present invention provides a method for improving the call quality of a terminal, and a terminal. The method comprises: a terminal acquires an RSSI of the terminal, determines, according to a usage scenario of the terminal and a pre-set first mapping relationship, a first operation message for improving the call quality of the terminal when judging that the RSSI is located within a pre-set first threshold range, and presents the first operation message to a user. Thus, the signal quality of a terminal is improved, thereby improving the call success rate of the terminal. |
