Disclosed are a method and apparatus for acquiring downlink control information, a terminal and a base station, which relate to the technical field of network communications, and alleviate the problem of high power consumption generated by the terminal in the process of receiving DCI due to the fact that a large amount of useless information is received. The specific solution is as follows: a local terminal firstly acquires first information sent by a base station; and when it is detected that identifier information about a terminal to be scheduled in the first information contains identifier information about the local terminal, the local terminal continues to acquire second information, wherein the first information is a part of information in DCI, and the second information is the remaining information in the DCI except the first information. The present invention is applied to a flow in which a terminal acquires DCI. |
