COMPOSITION OF HOMEMADE SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM WITH COOKIES AND CREAM

Novelty: homemade soft serve ice cream with cookies and cream having the properties of the soft serve-type ice cream. The invention exploits the properties of fats reducing the viscosity of the ice cream at low temperature. The invented ice cream is made at home; its expansion is over 65% and its consistency similar to the soft serve ice cream produced by ordinary machines.
