The present invention relates to a convenient skewer insertion unit. According to the present invention, a compact structure facilitating transport, storage, and installation is used so as to reduce product purchasing and installation costs; no excessive manpower is required for an operation for inserting a food material to be skewered and grilled into a skewer stick; the skewer into which the food material is inserted can be manufactured in large quantities with convenience, speed, and hygiene only through a mechanical lever operation by a single operator based on simple arrangement of the food material and the skewer stick; and thus the operation can be highly convenient and economical. As a detailed means of the present invention to achieve said objectives, a fixed plate which has the shape of a rectangular plate body constitutes a basic part of the present invention, and a food material arrangement and fixing device is formed to be arranged on one upper side surface of the fixed plate. A manual driving device is formed to be arranged on the other upper side surface of the fixed plate in contact with the food material arrangement and fixing device. |
