PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product refrigerator device and a food product refrigeration method capable of refrigerating and dewatering a food product without taking it out of antifreeze liquid tank.SOLUTION: A food product refrigerator device comprises: a tight-sealed food product storing refrigerator part 2 provided with an opening or closing part 6 and having a space part capable of storing food products in it; an antifreeze liquid storing part 3 communicated with the food product storing refrigerator part 2 and capable of feeding antifreeze liquid into the food product storing refrigerator part 2; a cooling part 4 arranged in the antifreeze liquid storing part 3 to cool the antifreeze liquid; transferring means 5 communicated with the food product storing refrigerator part 2 to transfer the antifreeze liquid kept in the food product storing refrigerator part 2 to the antifreeze liquid storing part 3; and an air ejection part 13 arranged in the food product storing refrigerator part 2 to eject air against foods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
