PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of fixing a holding member of an operation ring, without increasing its size or the number of components and damaging assemblability, decomposability, and a strength, in a mechanism holding an operation ring rotatably, and an optical apparatus.SOLUTION: A lens barrel includes: a moving lens group; a first fixed member for movably guiding the moving lens group in an optical axis direction on an inner diameter side; a second fixed member fixed to the first fixed member; an operation ring held rotatably at a fixed position between the first fixed member and the second fixed member; and a rotation stopping member for preventing the second fixed member from rotating around an optical axis with respect to the first fixed member. The first fixed member and the second fixed member are connected by engagement of: an engaging pawl of either one of the first fixed member and the second fixed member that is extending in an optical axis orthogonal direction; and an engaged groove of the other one of them that is engaged with the engaging pawl. The rotation stopping member has a screw part and allows it to be screwed onto the first fixed member in a direction toward an outer diameter side from the inner diameter side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
