PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration that enables a parking fee to be flexibly set depending on a future demand for a parking lot.SOLUTION: A communication unit 11 obtains destination information describing the destination of a vehicle. An information extraction unit 12 extracts parking lot destination information describing a parking lot as a destination from the destination information obtained by the communication unit 11. A fee calculation unit 14 predicts demand for the parking lot on the basis of the number of extraction times of the parking lot destination information by the information extraction unit 12, and calculates a parking fee for the parking lot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
