PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing cyclic polyarylene sulfide having high purity with a simple method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing cyclic polyarylene sulfide including recovering the cyclic polyarylene sulfide from a liquid phase part obtained by solid-liquid separation of a reaction mixture which is obtained by heating a raw material composition containing at least a sulfidation agent, a dihalogenated aromatic compound and an organic polar solvent of 1.25 litter to 10 litter per 1 mole of a sulfur component in the raw material composition, at a temperature range of 0°C or more and less than 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
