PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion pipe seal structure and a formwork for manufacturing the structure, which can prevent water leakage from a clearance between a joint collar and concrete of a pipe body or spotted water appeared on a pipe inner face from seeping by inhibiting water infiltration from a boundary between an end part of the joint collar and the concrete on the propulsion pipe body side.SOLUTION: A short cylindrical joint collar (8) is embedded in an external face (2A) on a receiving port (3) side as one end of a pipe body (2) of a concrete propulsion pipe. A concavity (9) is formed around the external face (2A) adjacent to a base end part (8a) of the joint collar (8), and a seal material (10) is charged in the concavity (9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
