PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polystyrene-based resin foamed plate which has a beautiful stripe-like pattern and excellent surface smoothness and processing characteristics and can be produced easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: There is provided a polystyrene-based resin foamed plate having an apparent density of 0.03 to 0.24 g/cmand a thickness of 2 to 15 mm which is obtained by fusing the inner surface of a polystyrene-based resin cylindrical foamed body extruded in a cylindrical shape from an annular die, where the polystyrene-based resin foamed plate is formed by laminating a polystyrene-based resin layer containing a coloring agent in a stripe state in the extrusion direction on the polystyrene-based resin foamed layer, the thickness of a cell wall at the uppermost surface on the side of a resin layer laminate surface of the polystyrene-based resin foamed plate is 50 μm or less and the height of a contour curve on the side of a resin layer laminate surface of the polystyrene-based resin foamed plate is 500 μm or less.
