PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition which can provide a molded article which does not cause blocking and is excellent in printability. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises a vinyl chloride-based resin of 100 pts.mass containing (a) at least one kind of sulfonate of 1-100 pts.mass represented by formula (I) and (b) at least one kind ofβ-diketone compound of 0.001-10 pts.mass.
