PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gloss-restoring agent stock solution composition and a gloss-restoring agent composition having good emulsion stability, applicable to a floor surface by mop-wiping method or similar method and an automatic dripping method as well as spraying method and keeping high gloss-restoring effect even after sufficiently evaporating a volatile component.
