PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the entirety by dispensing with a connecting cable of a sensor and to facilitate assembly as well as reducing cost. SOLUTION: This lens drive device is provided with moving mirror frames 5, 6 that move, relative to an electric substrate 4, in the axial direction of an imaging device 41 mounted on the substrate 4, on which detectors 9, 10 are also mounted for detecting a prescribed moving position of the moving mirror frames 5, 6, so that a connecting cable to the detectors 9, 10 is eliminated through the wiring pattern provided on the substrate 4. As a result, absence of the connecting cable of the detectors 9, 10 makes miniaturization of the entire device possible, facilitates the assembly of the device, and also reduces cost because an expensive flexible board is no longer needed for the miniaturization and easier assembly of the device.
