A turbo-fan for blowing and a refrigerator having the same are provided to reduce power consumption and a noise by designing each element of a turbo-fan for blowing for an optimum condition. In a turbo-fan for blowing and a refrigerator having the same, a base plate(110) forms a hub having a protruding type at a center part. A blade(120) radially guides a cold air flowing into the hub. And, a fan shroud(130) with a ring type connects a side opposed to the side connecting the base plate of the blade.
