FIELD: manufacture of cast concrete blocks, namely apparatuses and methods for imparting roughness to surface of cast concrete blocks. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus 10 for imparting roughness to surfaces and to edges C' of three-dimensional cast concrete blocks C includes surface 12 for supporting blocks having at least two surface zones 17, 18, 19; at least first unit 30, 40, 50 for imparting roughness having set of striking members 34, 44, 54 for imparting roughness to blocks C; transportation unit 60 for moving concrete blocks C along said surface zones having straight front edge 18F and back end edge 17R arranged mutually in parallel and passing along width of motion path of set of concrete blocks transported one near another. Back end edge 17R, 18R, 19R of first surface zone is arranged over adjacent front end edge 18F, 19F of second surface zone for forming step L that raises a little front edge portions C' of concrete blocks C transported along first surface zone. First unit for imparting roughness is spaced by predetermined height over surface for supporting blocks C and practically over back end edge 17R, 18R, 19R of first surface zone 17, 18, 19 for imparting irregular roughness to cast concrete blocks. At transporting blocks incline after achieving preset position over step L and then they fall onto second surface zone just near its straight front edge. Line for imparting roughness to concrete block includes at least two apparatuses according to invention 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D. Method for imparting roughness to concrete blocks is realized in said apparatuses or in line. ^ EFFECT: possibility for producing cast concrete blocks with irregular roughness of their surface, reduced rejection degree. ^ 25 cl, 6 dwg |
