FIELD: geological engineering survey for construction, particularly devices to perform laboratory coarse ground base research to determine physical-chemical properties thereof and to test ground samples. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises two stacked cylinders, die, means to apply vertical load, shearing force creation means and measuring unit. The measuring unit is indicating gage. The third cylinder is installed on the second one and receives squeezing die, spring, pressure die with indicating gage rigidly fastening thereto and vertical load creation means made as fixing plate with pressing screw handle. Above components are serially arranged in the second cylinder. Shearing force creation means is made as post rigidly connected to the second cylinder. ^ EFFECT: extended operational capabilities due to possibility of device usage in two horizontal planes and increased precision of measuring due to taking into consideration residual pressure. ^ 2 dwg |
