<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate vibration of a large level reducing size and weight and avoiding increase of electricity consumption, in a vibration generating device for electronic equipment suitably used for a portable terminal device like a controller for a home game machine, a portable game machine or a portable telephone. <P>SOLUTION: A plate 21 is attached along the rear face of a casing 10 of electronic equipment generating vibration. A piezoelectric vibrator 22 is attached to the rear face of the plate 21 as a vibration source.
