<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch release operation device which does not cause situations different in the sense of operation by moving a vehicle, and which can diversify an installation place. <P>SOLUTION: The latch release operation device 10 is provided in the door outer panel of the vehicle. In the latch release operation device, a substrate 20 is arranged inside a cabinet which is composed of a case 35 and a cover 50. A sealing member 33 is provided in the electrically continuous place of the substrate.
