<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of matching color gamuts between input and output devices with respect to an overlapped part between objects in different colors. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of providing an output by applying different color space compression processing to each received object, intermediate data including accessory information by each received object are generated, bit map data are generated on the basis of the intermediate data and stored together with the accessory information. Then color space compression processing is applied to the bit map data by using the accessory information.
