<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of momentarily reading information by lighting display of a stop lamp, easily presuming the subsequently occurring state and reducing rear-end collision and mistake of driving operation. <P>SOLUTION: When a driver of the vehicle leaves the foot from an acceleration pedal and places the foot on a brake pedal, the stop lamp and a vehicle width lamp of (1) and (2) in Fig. are lighted when it is lightly stepped and (1), (2) and (3) in Fig. are lighted when it is strongly stepped and when it is firmly stepped for stopping. The stop lamp indicates the vehicle width and indicates the intention for stopping on one line. The driving operation state of a front traveling vehicle is understood at a glance as information by lighting display of the stop lamp by strong and weak degree of the step-in of the brake by this system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
