<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of allowing a user to control an initial cooking completion timing on the basis of the user's judgement in accordance with preference and the condition of cooled object in one-pot cooking, and easily keeping the cooked object warm when eating. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises a pot 1 in which the cooked object is put, a heating means 3 for heating the pot, a temperature measuring means 4 for measuring a temperature of the pot, a heating key 7 operated by the user to start a heating mode in a state of fixing and controlling fire power, a pot heat-retention key 9 operated by the user, and a control portion 5 for controlling the heating means. The control portion 5 transfers the heating mode to a pot heat-retention mode for controlling the heating means 3 so that a temperature of the pot 1 measured by the temperature measuring means 4 is kept at a controlled temperature T1 lower than a temperature T0 in operating the pot heat-retention key 9 by temperature difference dT1, when the pot heat-retention key 9 is operated in the heating mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
