摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase regeneration power by reducing wasteful power (electric power) consumption at a time of start of generation mode and improve quietness at a time of a transient state. SOLUTION: An energizing means 160 energizing a driven crank mechanism 118 in a direction in which contact in a circumference direction of both tooth parts 112b/113b separates is provided. Consequently, since pressure difference between an outer circumference and a center part of an operation chamber V is equalized at a time of start of the generation mode by actively separating the both tooth parts 112b/113b by the energizing means 160, wasteful power (electric power) is not used and regeneration power can be increased. Also, since a position of a turning side tooth part 113b is stabilized by the energizing means 113b and the both tooth parts 112b/113b do not repeat contact/separation, generation of rattle noise can be prevented.
