The invention is characterized in that it further comprises a threaded member (116) coupled in rotation with the screw, said threaded member including a secondary thread (122) not screwed on the main thread (106) from which it is spaced apart, the secondary thread being arranged along the screwing axis and being provided with a pitch p2 different from p1.
