PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a raise up turning operation in a vehicle seat capable of raising up a seat cushion as an attitude state for avoiding interference with a seat back. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 1 has a first turning mechanism 21 for supporting the seat cushion 2 so as to rise and fall down with respect to a vehicle body floor F. The first turning mechanism 21 has turning members 21c turnably connected to the vehicle body floor F and the seat cushion 2 respectively. When the seat cushion 2 is in a falling attitude state to the vehicle body floor F, a rotational locus 2t around a turning shaft 21b and the shape of the seat back 3 are interfered with each other in the positional relationship. A locking part 21g and a stopper 21h which regulate a subduction turning of the seat cushion 2 around a connecting shaft 21d are provided between the turning member 21c and the seat cushion 2, and the subduction turning of the seat cushion 2 is regulated in the relational position where the interference is avoided.
