PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine-free gas barrier coating agent based on an organic solvent good in the drying property.SOLUTION: The gas barrier coating agent contains: polyester polyol that contains a component prepared by polycondensing a polyol component containing at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol, neopentyl glycol and cyclohexanedimethanol, and a polycarboxylic acid component selected from the group consisting of ortho-oriented aromatic dicarboxylic acids and anhydrides thereof; and a polyisocyanate having ≥2 isocyanate groups. |
