PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when tea is poured from a small teapot, dripping from a spout is caused to make a table, a cloth piece and a tray or the like dirty, resulting in taking much time and trouble and pain for wiping out at every time. SOLUTION: This implement includes: an insert U-shaped part 2 expanded in the spout and positioned and fixed by resiliency; an upper end part 3 extended from the insert U-shaped part 2 to the upper part of the spout; a pouring guide part 5 extended from the other end of the insert U-shaped part 2, disposed downward, and folded back to form a tip clearance part 4; and an auxiliary part 7 extended from the pouring guide part 5 and folded back downward to form an auxiliary clearance part 6.
