<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power conversion equipment which can reduce switching noise and also is less likely to be influenced by switching noise. <P>SOLUTION: In the power conversion equipment which has a semiconductor device that has a plurality of switching elements for converting the DC current supplied from a DC current terminal into an AC current, a driver device which controls the action of the switching element of the semiconductor device, a current sensor which detects the AC current, a controller which controls the action of the driver device, based on the AC current detected by the current sensor, and a capacitor which is connected to the DC current terminal, the driver device and the controller are mounted on the same printed board, and the driver device is arranged above the semiconductor device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
